Software built around the way you work.

We build software for your business and look after it long term. Before development, we compare total costs and benefits with existing solutions. Less manual work, suitable features and affordable operations guide the decision.

Where we can help

Three possible use cases. We develop the solution around your business.

Example 1

Work in the field

The office re-enters notes, photos and hours from service visits. A mobile app brings them together in a service report and sends it to your ERP or CRM.

Example 2

A portal for customers

Status enquiries and approvals take up your team’s time. A customer portal gives people access to orders and documents, with permissions to review and approve them directly.

Example 3

Replace industry software

You pay for unused modules but still keep separate spreadsheets. We assess whether a custom application would fit your workflows better and justify the cost.

How a custom platform takes shape.

A fictional example: a team’s requests turn a time tracker into a platform with project hours, approvals and integrations.

Start with a simple time tracker.

A time tracker is running. Emma asks in a message for project allocation and team lead approval of overtime before export. Project hours, contracted hours and approvals are added. The application becomes a platform with navigation for projects, time entries, team, approvals and export. The example includes 21 hours for the workshop and 14 hours for the office fit-out. Against 32 contracted hours, this leaves 3 hours of overtime. The team lead approves them, then 35 hours are exported as a CSV file. APIs connect records and approved work with existing tools. An AI assistant reads a new customer request and suggests a project, duration, date and contact. Emma reviews the details before a draft is saved. The platform combines time entries, requests and active integrations with role-based access. The film illustrates a fictional customer scenario, not a delivered customer application.

From requirements to daily operation

We build when a custom application makes business sense. After launch, we check its value in daily use.

  1. Assess the value

We compare development, operations and manual work with suitable standard products. Building starts only when the expected benefit justifies the total cost.

    Cost-benefit comparison
  2. Test the design

Your team tests an interactive prototype using real cases. We check which features are needed and where work can be simplified.

    Tested prototype
  3. Build and introduce

We build the application and integrations, test permissions and exceptions, migrate data and train your team.

  4. Operate and improve

We handle operations and maintenance, compare effort and costs with the starting point, and develop the application further as needs change.

Questions about working together

We compare development, implementation, licences, operation and remaining manual work over the same period. A focused custom application can cost less. We assess whether that applies to your business before building it.

We assess connections to your existing systems, such as CRM, ERP, accounting or time tracking. Before development, we check which data is available through interfaces or exports, and what access and costs are involved.

Yes. Time tracking, approvals or internal project views often need no AI. The tool must fit the process and make economic sense.

Yes. Running the software is part of our service. Before launch, we agree running costs, maintenance, support and response times. New features and larger changes are agreed separately.

The project agreement sets out your rights to the source code, documentation, system access and data exports. Understandable technology and a planned handover support continued maintenance.

We agree hosting, permissions and external services before implementation. Data protection requirements and necessary agreements are settled before access to production data.

Let’s talk about your business.

In your first call with Jannis, you’ll discuss what takes too much effort, what’s missing and where improvements could help. You don’t need a finished brief.
