How we go about it
Do the maths firstFixed price
We look at how you work today and compare the options: buy an off-the-shelf product, plug into what you already have, or build it. If building doesn’t pay off, we say so.
Concept and draftincluded
What gets built and what is explicitly not included is agreed up front. You also get a clickable prototype: changing it takes minutes, changing finished software takes days.
Now it’s clear what gets built. You get the price before any code is written. The draft includes two rounds of revisions.
Build and roll outFixed price
We start with what is most likely to go wrong: the connections to your systems. Then we build in stages and go through each one with you before the next begins. Finally we show your team how to work with it, and stay reachable at short notice while things settle.
Afterwardsmonthly, if you want
Your processes change and your team comes up with new wishes. If you want, we keep looking after the application: small changes, updates and extensions. Servers, domain and accounts are in your name, with a provider in the EU.
We name the costs of services such as servers or interfaces up front. Their prices are set by the provider.
Good to know
When nothing on the market fits something that costs you time every day – or when the part that fits sits in the most expensive plan. We compare both over the same period, including running costs. If buying is cheaper, we say so.
That is your decision. For anything you want to keep, we check whether it can be connected, what that costs and what it means day to day. Often it is enough to connect what you have or add a small piece, rather than replace anything. You get the options side by side, with our recommendation.
Wherever someone types, sorts or looks things up today: reading receipts, suggesting entries, answering questions from your documents. That saves time and reduces errors. For clearly defined cases, fixed rules are often the better choice: faster, cheaper and the same every time. We show you what fits where. And if you don’t want AI, we build without it.
No. You may use the application permanently, and if you want to take it over entirely, we work out what that takes: source code, documentation and access. What it costs depends on how much reusable technology it contains. We tell you before you decide.
On servers in the EU. As soon as we process personal data for you, such as names or working hours, that requires a data processing agreement. We provide it.
Yes. We work remotely, in English or German. Processes, metrics, AI and software work the same way everywhere. Legal and tax questions in your country stay with local experts.
